How do I cancel an order on HomeShop24?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before we ship the order. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number mentioned in the subject line, along with your phone number. (Incomplete or emails with missing information won't be entertained )
Once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. We ship mostly the same day or within 24 hours.
Our Return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In case you receive a broken product, then kindly e-mail us the Images of the broken product you have received and the Image of your invoice bill within 24 Hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to provide Exchange/Replacement.
We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note - There is No Refund on Cash on Delivery (COD), you are only eligible for exchange with another product of the same price or higher price. We also give you credits which you can use within next 6 months.
Requirements for Returns:
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from HomeShop24 purchases.
- All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing or damaged parts.
- If the product is used or has scratches, the same cannot be accepted for return
- Return shipping will be at the buyer’s cost.
- Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable for both ways.
- Refund processes could take up to 7-10 working days after the item is received.
- We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received (highly recommended for International returns).
- If you are not satisfied with the product quality then you can only exchange your product with another product of the same price. We don't have a refund policy in this case as our products are tested by our Quality Assurance team

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (for both side including COD charges if applicable).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 1000/- INR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
